Welcome to the Urban League of Palm Beach County (ULPBC), a beacon of hope and progress in our community. Established in May 1973 by a dedicated group of concerned citizens committed to advancing the civil rights movement in Palm Beach County. The ULPBC has been a catalyst for positive change, tirelessly working to empower African Americans and other minorities in their pursuit of social and economic equality. In 1974, Urban League proudly became the 102nd affiliate of the National Urban League (NUL).
