John Weiss Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive 2025
We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to this year’s Thanksgiving Food Drive. It was a tremendous blessing to witness the outpouring of support and the dedication shown to ensure our community enjoyed a joyful holiday without lack.
The car line stretched from the former University Preparatory Academy all the way to 45th St. and Australian Ave., with some guests arriving as early as 4:00 a.m. We were supported by 117 volunteers and had the privilege of providing food to 2,020 individuals through 445 cars and walk-ups.
We hope the momentum of serving our community continues well beyond the holidays. We couldn’t do it without the incredible volunteers who showed up with full hearts and helping hands. Because of you, families in our community enjoyed a blessed Thanksgiving with meals that help them thrive at home.
