There are FIVE vacant lots available. Habitat will be constructing single-family, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom homes on each lot. Please visit each site in person before determining if you would like to apply.
To qualify, you must meet the following basic requirements:
- Applicant must fall within 30-80% of the area median income level
- Applicant must be willing to partner with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County
- Applicant must display an ability to repay a 30-year, interest-free mortgage
- Applicant must display a need for shelter
