Join us in celebrating a major milestone for two of our team members at the Urban League of Palm Beach County!
Our Senior Director of Economic Empowerment, Amaraè Blyden-Richards, and our Senior Director of Programs and Operations, Tomas Evangelista, have officially graduated from an intensive executive Nonprofits First program designed to sharpen the skills required for impactful, upper-level nonprofit management.
Through a rigorous combination of expert-led instruction and executive panel discussions, they delved deeply into the core pillars of strategic leadership, which included data-driven leadership, nonprofit governance, finance, strategic innovation, advanced development, mission advocacy, and HR compliance.
At the Urban League, we believe that investing in our leaders directly elevates our community. We are incredibly proud of their dedication to continuous growth and excellence!
