A few years ago, Rosemary Vas and her family hit financial hard times and had trouble paying the mortgage on their home. They were on the verge of losing their house. They were deeply worried.

Then, they contacted the Urban League of Palm Beach County. Our housing staff guided, counseled and eventually helped them save their house. We also made sure they had extra funds to pay for gas and other vital expenses during the stressful times.

“God was providing angels for us,” Mrs. Vas told us.
