Congratulations to Soulan Johnson, vice president of development and communications at the Urban League of Palm Beach County, for receiving the 2022 Social Justice Advocate Award from Black Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches!
The award was presented during the Black Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches’ 10th Annual Ascension Awards at the India Springs Country Club on April 16.
Soulan was one of three women up for the award.
According to Black Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, the award is “presented to an individual who actively works to promote fairness and equity across many aspects within the Black and minority communities of Palm Beach County. This individual actively works to empower these communities through one or more of the four principles of social justice.”
